VISIBILLY CHAIRS CODE OF CONDUCT WORK

Kista, November 21, 2007

Today, MORGAN forum started a new working group with the goal to produce a Code of Conduct for location based services. The group is chaired by Kajsa Lundfall, CEO of Visibilly and Maria Christensen, CEO of Mobizoft and board member of MORGAN.

"There is a great need for an industry-common Code of Conduct for any service that uses location" says Kajsa Lundfall, CEO of Visibilly. "We want to have a common ground so that new services can be launched with privacy settings that are acceptable to all. It is very important to avoid a 'big brother' feeling for the end user."

The group working with this Code of Conduct will have representatives from all mobile operators and from the mobile services industry. The final wording will be integrated into MORGANS existing Code of Conduct for premium services, and is expected to be ready for launch in the first quarter of 2008.

Visibilly provides operator-independent mobile location data to the mobile services market. Example of our customers are media companies, social communities, security services and mobile advertising companies. For these customers, we can track any mobile phone, independent of mobile network operator, as long as the phone is switched on. There is no need for a client in the phone, no GPS device needed. Currently, Visibilly offers location data for Sweden and Norway.

Mobilaris AB, a Swedish award-winning company in the market for location based services, today announced that it will spin out its aggregation activities in a new company called Visibilly AB.
Visibilly will connect to all mobile operators in a region make operator-independent mobile location data available to any mobile service. The target customer group is media companies, social communities, security services and mobile advertising.

"This makes sense to both Mobilaris and Visibilly" says Kajsa Lundfall, CEO of Visibilly. "Visibilly will concentrate on the aggregator business, selling location data as a service, where we see a great potential going forward. We believe that location is a fundamental asset to many services, and that cross-carrier access to location is critical for a successful service launch."

"This will allow Mobilaris to focus on its core business; selling world class location management platform to the international mobile operators market," says Henrik Baltscheffsky, Chairman of Mobilaris.
